Assignment #6 Publishing Activity:
Create a Blog and a plan for blogs to be used by your students in the fall.
To get permission to use the blog with my parents I will talk to my building principal, Barb Edwards. I will send home a letter looking for the number of students that have internet access and outlining the uses of the blog. I will give the parents the address of my blog. My blog will be open view but I will keep monitor control so that the posts have to be viewed by myself prior to posting on the site.
This blog will be used to keep parents up to date on classroom news and also provide activities to be enjoyed by the students with their parent’s help. The activities addressed on this blog will fit within the k-2 Nebraska State Standards. They will cross over between math and language arts standards.
